This service includes the use of our help desk to report issues with resolution via telephone assistance, dial-in support and on-site visits if required. As an IBM premier business partner we are able to escalate and coordinate issues with IBM on your behalf.
Time is called off against the contract in units of 15 minutes for telephone support and in full or half days for onsite support. A free annual health check is built into each support contract.
