We offer any combination of application, operational and technical support no matter what the customer’s legacy environment, no matter how long support is projected for. We tackle complex systems where a combination of requirements would normally mean that more than one party is required.


Our support infrastructure includes cover from 9am to 6pm, 365 days a year, with 24 by 7 support available on request. Working to agreed service levels for response and fix times, we provide a wide range of first or second line support services.
As an IBM Premier Business Partner, we extend our core System i & Domino services with IBM hardware and software licensing, renewals & replacement. Being an IBM Premier Business Partner signifies that we have invested in skills, technologies and program offerings provided by IBM to ensure that the advice we give or the products, services or solutions we offer are of the highest quality.
Our Microsoft specialism’s are Data and Software Development which enable us to offer our customers end to end projects that deliver fast, dynamic, scalable solutions. Key technologies include SQL Server, Visual Studio, ASP & .NET.
Life IT works directly for medium and large sized companies. We also work throughout the country for corporate accounts, via large System Integrators, ISV's and other IBM & Microsoft Business Partners. These partners offer complementary long term solutions to Life IT, and we are their prime partner for key technologies.
