Support
Life IT specialises in support for IBM Lotus Notes and Domino environments. We provide any combination of application, operational and technical support, no matter how current your environment is and no matter how long support is projected for. We tackle complex systems where a combination of requirements would normally mean that more than one party is required.
Our support infrastructure includes cover from 9am to 6pm, 365 days a year, with 24 by 7 support available if required. Working to agreed service levels for response and fix times, we can provide a wide range of first or second line support services.
