As part of your annual *noMAX support & maintenance fee, Life IT provides access to a team of qualified noMAX technician's via our UK based help desk - with all the associated service levels you'd expect from an IBM Premier Business Partner each call is logged and tracked through to conclusion.
*noMAX support includes:
You'll also be granted access to our *noMAX on-line support forum within which customers and users are able to record and share their experiences with the noMAX product suite. The support forum is made up of three separate areas - the support forum itself, product information and FAQ's.
Your annual *noMAX maintenance also entitles you to operate the latest version of *noMAX and as a customer you can rely on our experience and expertise in *noMAX software upgrades to help you reap the benefits of each new release.
Should it be required we are on standby to ensure the smooth running of any DR situation, and can provide addtional operational support during periods of absence such as holidays or sickness. |
